Mascot Kingz License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Mascot Kingz (“Licensor”) that explains how you may use vector mascots and other digital content licensed from Mascot Kingz.

By downloading or purchasing content from Mascot Kingz, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

Types of Licenses

Mascot Kingz offers royalty-free, non-exclusive licenses.

All files are provided under a Standard Royalty-Free License unless a separate written Exclusive License agreement is executed.

  • Standard License – Included with every purchase.

  • Exclusive License – Available only through direct written agreement and additional fee.

Unless you purchase an exclusive license, your use of the content is governed by the Standard License terms below.

Standard License Rights

Subject to the restrictions outlined in this agreement, your license is:

Perpetual – No expiration date on your right to use purchased content.
Non-exclusive – Mascot Kingz may license the same content to other customers.
Worldwide – Content may be used globally.
Royalty-free – No ongoing fees after purchase.
Unlimited projects – You may use the content in multiple projects and across various media.

For purposes of this agreement, “use” means to reproduce, modify, edit, display, publish, distribute, and incorporate the content into finished works.

Permitted Uses

You may use Mascot Kingz content in:

  • Websites and social media

  • Marketing materials and advertising

  • Apparel and merchandise

  • Signage and packaging

  • Digital and print publications

  • Business branding and promotional materials

  • Client projects

You may modify, recolor, resize, and customize the artwork to suit your needs.

Restricted Uses

No Resale or Redistribution of Files

You may not resell, share, sublicense, or distribute the digital files in their original or modified vector format.

You may not upload the files to stock platforms, design marketplaces, print-on-demand template libraries, or free download sites.

No Standalone File Use

You may not make the artwork available in a way that allows others to download or extract the original file.

The content must be part of a finished product.

No Trademark or Logo Registration

Unless you purchase a separate written exclusive license, you may not:

  • Register the artwork (in whole or in part) as a trademark

  • Claim exclusive ownership rights

  • Use the artwork as the sole distinguishing element of a logo or brand identity

No Claim of Authorship

You may not claim the artwork as your original creation.

No Unlawful or Offensive Use

You may not use the content in any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful manner, or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

No AI Training or NFT Use

You may not use Mascot Kingz content for:

  • AI training datasets

  • Machine learning systems

  • Generative AI model training

  • NFTs or blockchain asset minting

Without prior written permission.

Ownership

All content remains the intellectual property of Mascot Kingz.

Purchase grants usage rights only — not copyright ownership.

Mascot Kingz reserves the right to continue selling licensed content to other customers unless an exclusive agreement has been signed.

Exclusive Licensing

Exclusive rights may be available for select designs.
Exclusive licensing must be negotiated separately and confirmed in writing.
